Litigation Attorney at Robertson, Anschutz, Schneid, Crane & Partners, PLLC – Boca Raton, Florida

Robertson, Anschutz, Schneid, Crane & Partners, PLLC, is a financial services law firm seeking an attorney to join its Florida litigation team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of litigation experience handling mortgage foreclosures and related litigated matters. The candidate must be able to attend hearings and trials through remote means as well as in person. The ability to cover in person matters in the central part of Florida or the Panhandle is highly desirable. A successful attorney within the firm should be highly organized with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be deadline focused, and have excellent oral advocacy skills and courtroom presence.

Specific Job Responsibilities:

• Attend mediations, depositions, hearings, and trials on highly litigated matters through remote means and in person
• Manage a portfolio of litigated loans in foreclosure
• Draft and review pleadings
• Exercise a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Superior advocacy, organizational and time management skills, and attention to detail
• Ability to effectively communicate through both verbal and written correspondence
• 5+ years of litigation experience in foreclosure proceedings
• Ability to work independently

Required Education and Training:

• Juris Doctor, admitted to practice in Florida
