Principal GTM Systems Manager

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Principal GTM Systems Manager in the United States.

This role sits at the core of a modern revenue organization, where systems, data, and go-to-market strategy intersect to drive scalable growth. You will act as a senior individual contributor responsible for shaping, stabilizing, and optimizing the entire revenue technology ecosystem that supports Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Deal Desk. Operating in a highly cross-functional environment, you will translate GTM strategy into reliable system workflows, automation, and integrations that improve execution speed and data accuracy. This position combines hands-on technical ownership with strategic systems architecture, ensuring the revenue stack is not only functional but continuously evolving. You will also play a key role in enabling AI-driven sales motions by designing the data flows and system signals that power automation and insights. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in complexity, enjoys solving systemic problems, and can bridge business needs with scalable technical solutions.

Accountabilities

You will own the design, execution, and continuous improvement of the revenue systems ecosystem, ensuring scalable, reliable, and efficient go-to-market operations across the organization.

  • Own and optimize core GTM systems including CRM, CPQ, sales engagement tools, data platforms, and related revenue technologies
  • Translate complex GTM and revenue process requirements into scalable workflows, system configurations, and automation logic
  • Lead major systems initiatives such as CPQ enhancements, quote-to-cash optimization, and cross-functional revenue process redesign
  • Design and maintain system integrations, data flows, and governance frameworks that ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency
  • Partner closely with Sales, Finance, Deal Desk, Marketing, and Customer Success to support strategic initiatives and system changes
  • Drive reporting reliability by ensuring data integrity, standardized definitions, and accurate dashboarding across revenue operations
  • Support AI-enabled GTM initiatives by architecting the data signals and workflows that power automation and sales intelligence use cases
  • Manage system releases, incident resolution, testing cycles, and change management to ensure operational stability
Requirements

This role requires deep experience in revenue systems architecture, strong technical fluency, and the ability to operate effectively across multiple business functions in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

  • 8–10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Business Systems within a SaaS organization
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Salesforce and CPQ systems, including ownership of Quote-to-Cash processes
  • Proven ability to design and implement scalable GTM system architectures, workflows, and integrations
  • Experience working across Sales, Finance, Deal Desk, Order Management, and Enablement teams to align business processes
  • Strong understanding of data governance, system reliability, access controls, and operational compliance standards
  • Experience supporting or enabling AI-driven sales motions, automation workflows, or advanced GTM analytics
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills with executive-level communication ability
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments with a strong bias toward execution and clarity
Benefits
  • Competitive compensation package with opportunities for long-term financial growth
  • Flexible time off and strong work-life balance support
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees and dependents
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan
  • Parental leave support, including enhanced return-to-work options
  • Employee referral programs and team recognition incentives
  • Remote-friendly or hybrid work flexibility depending on location
  • Inclusive workplace culture with active employee resource groups and diversity initiatives
  • Additional perks such as wellness support, office amenities (where applicable), and company events
