In this role, you will contribute to the implementation and configuration of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions that support complex legal and compliance workflows for global clients. You will work at the intersection of business requirements and technical configuration, translating client needs into scalable and efficient system designs. The position involves configuring workflows, templates, roles, and permissions while ensuring solutions align with functional, operational, and compliance standards. You will collaborate closely with business analysts, technical leads, and project stakeholders to deliver high-quality CLM implementations. This is a client-facing, detail-oriented role that requires both technical expertise and strong consulting skills. You will also be responsible for validating configurations, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth post-implementation adoption. • Configure Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems according to client requirements, including workflows, templates, approval structures, and user roles.
• Translate business requirements into technical configurations in collaboration with business analysts and technical leads.
• Implement and manage user access controls, permissions, and governance policies within CLM platforms.
• Test, validate, and troubleshoot system configurations to ensure accuracy, usability, and alignment with client expectations.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation covering configurations, processes, and updates for long-term reference.
• Support user training sessions and provide post-implementation assistance to ensure successful adoption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve configuration issues and optimize system performance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of experience configuring Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions or similar enterprise platforms.
• Strong hands-on experience with CLM platforms such as Agiloft or Malbek, including workflows, templates, and approval processes.
• Familiarity with additional CLM tools such as Ironclad or Leah is a plus.
• Experience with integration platforms like MuleSoft, Boomi, or Workato is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of CLM best practices, compliance requirements, and process optimization.
• Experience in system testing, validation, and technical documentation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and clients.
