Banquet Aid Set Up, responsible for stocking, and maintain work areas. Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned station and service areas. Transport dirty linen to correct area to be cleaned, separate napkins from tablecloths, and restock linen shelves with clean linens.

Duties/Responsibilities:

· stocking, and maintain work areas.

· Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned station and service areas.

· Transport dirty linen to correct area to be cleaned, separate napkins from tablecloths, and restock linen shelves with clean linens.

· Ability to handle equipment and vehicles safely and sensibly.

Education and Experience:

· Sufficient education and literacy needed to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs.

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to maintain single-task focus and situational awareness.

· Must be able to move and lift up to 40-pound wooden skid or pallet.
