- 5–7 years of senior-level marketing leadership experience, preferably within a technology startup or high-growth environment.
- Proven experience developing and executing successful brand and marketing strategies with measurable business impact.
- Demonstrated ability to hire, lead, and scale marketing teams effectively.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, Google AdWords, web analytics, and performance marketing.
- Experience evaluating competitive landscapes, customer behavior, and market opportunities to inform strategy.
