In this role, you will combine financial accuracy with high-level administrative coordination, helping maintain organized accounting processes while supporting leadership and operational teams with day-to-day execution. You will play a key role in managing accounts payable workflows, reconciliations, recurring operational tasks, and executive support responsibilities within a highly detail-oriented setting. The position requires strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fully remote and collaborative environment. - Manage accounts payable processes, including accurate transaction coding, expense tracking, and posting financial records into property management systems
- Perform credit card reconciliations by matching transactions with receipts, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring accurate financial reporting
- Execute recurring operational and schedule-based tasks, including utility bill-back processes, deposit reconciliations, payment corrections, and reporting preparation
- Maintain and update operational documentation, spreadsheets, task trackers, and shared digital workspaces
- Support marketing and tenant communication initiatives through scheduled postings, outreach coordination, and administrative follow-up tasks
- Provide direct administrative support to leadership through calendar management, task coordination, follow-ups, and operational assistance
- Collaborate with property management and operations teams to ensure smooth daily workflows and organizational efficiency
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely completion of all financial and administrative activities within remote work environments
- Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience, preferably within property management or real estate environments
- Hands-on experience with property management accounting platforms such as ResMan or similar systems
- Strong background in accounts payable, transaction reconciliation, and recurring financial operations
- Proven ability to manage administrative coordination tasks while maintaining high levels of accuracy and organization
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with a proactive and professional approach
- Experience supporting senior leadership or operations teams in remote working environments
- Familiarity with remote collaboration and productivity tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Smartsheet, and Excel/Google Sheets
- Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and time management abilities
- Comfortable working independently within fast-paced and highly structured remote teams
- Experience with tenant communications, marketing coordination, or operational reporting is considered a plus
