- Partner with Sales Consultants to develop and execute strategic territory plans aligned with sales growth objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance advisors, brokers, MGAs, and marketing teams within assigned territories.
- Promote life insurance and related financial solutions by providing product knowledge, quotes, sales ideas, and market insights.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and support advisors in positioning suitable insurance products to clients.
- Advance sales opportunities by coordinating presentations, meetings, and follow-up activities for external sales teams.
- Maintain accurate records within contact management systems and develop engagement strategies for brokers and prospects.
- Achieve weekly sales activity and performance metrics while supporting overall territory growth initiatives.
- Life Insurance License (LLQP) or willingness to obtain certification within 6 months of hire.
- Post-secondary education or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a client-focused environment.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a financial services or insurance-related role.
- Understanding of life insurance, living benefits, wealth solutions, and financial planning concepts is an asset.
- Knowledge of financial markets and the competitive insurance landscape is highly valued.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle required.
- Must reside within driving distance of Vancouver.
- Competitive salary range of CAD $55,000 – $90,000 based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
