  • Oversee experimentation and A/B testing portfolios, ensuring statistical rigor, prioritization of initiatives, and clear communication of outcomes to influence business decisions.
  • Build and deliver executive-facing presentations and storytelling outputs that synthesize insights, highlight trends, and recommend strategic actions.
  • Partner with technology, reporting, and media teams to define and scale common metrics, improve data accessibility, and drive data democratization across the organization.
  • Manage team performance, prioritization, and professional development, fostering a culture of analytical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field preferred.
  • 6–10+ years of experience in analytics, marketing analytics, or a related quantitative field.
  • 1–3+ years of experience in people management or team leadership roles.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and programming/analysis tools such as Python or R.
  • Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
  • Hands-on experience with experimentation, A/B testing, statistical analysis, and optimization methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, regression analysis, and media measurement techniques.
  • Experience working with cloud/data platforms such as Databricks, GCP, or Azure.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate complex analytics into clear business recommendations.
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range of $83,000 to $138,200 USD annually, plus potential incentive and equity opportunities.
