- Design and build scalable platform-level testing and quality infrastructure for iOS and Android applications.
- Develop AI-driven automation systems that improve testing efficiency, failure classification, and software quality signal detection.
- Build and maintain instrumentation systems for mobile performance monitoring, telemetry collection, and application observability.
- Create data pipelines and quality monitoring solutions that provide real-time insights into application health and development workflows.
- Collaborate closely with mobile, backend, release engineering, and AI platform teams to enhance the software delivery lifecycle.
- Contribute to the implementation of AI-native development workflows, including self-healing systems and agentic quality automation.
- Maintain and optimize CI/CD infrastructure supporting mobile API testing, monitoring, debugging, and deployment processes.
- Leverage AI coding assistants and orchestration tools to accelerate engineering productivity, automation, and platform scalability.
- Document best practices and mentor team members on effective AI-native engineering approaches and tooling strategies.
- Take ownership of platform initiatives from architecture through implementation, ensuring reliability, scalability, and operational excellence.
- Strong experience delivering complex, production-grade software systems within mobile or platform engineering environments.
- Solid background in iOS and/or Android development with strong understanding of mobile application architecture and testing.
- Experience working across multiple layers of the technology stack, including mobile platforms, backend services, CI/CD systems, and developer tooling.
- Proven ability to leverage AI coding assistants and agentic workflows to improve engineering productivity and software delivery outcomes.
- Experience with AI orchestration tools or frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AWS Bedrock Agents, MCP, or similar technologies.
- Strong understanding of automated testing infrastructure, observability systems, and quality engineering practices.
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments while making thoughtful and scalable technical decisions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent judgment regarding software quality and maintainability.
- Experience designing prompts, specifications, and workflows that enable AI systems to operate effectively with minimal correction.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally across engineering and product teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in software engineering, computer science, or a related field.

- Competitive salary package ranging from approximately CAD $171,500 to CAD $201,000 based on experience and qualifications.
