POSITION SUMMARY
The Packer is responsible for packaging aluminum extrusion profiles in accordance with company standards, ensuring product quality and safe handling. This role supports production flow by maintaining organized work areas, accurate documentation, and adherence to safety protocols.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Package aluminum extrusion profiles according to company standards
• Use packaging materials, padding, and hand tools safely and effectively
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Track materials accurately and complete required paperwork
• Stack and handle materials carefully to prevent product damage
• Support production flow and assist with additional duties as needed
• Follow all safety, quality, and packaging procedures

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Manufacturing, production, or packaging experience is considered an asset
• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately
• Team-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
• Reliable, accountable, and safety-focused approach to work
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship

WORK SCHEDULE AND LOCATION

• Manufacturing plant environment
• Ability to work 12-hour continental shifts (days and nights)
• Physically demanding role requiring standing, lifting up to 50lbs, and repetitive tasks

COMPENSATION

• Pay Rate: $20.46 per hour
• Overtime eligible
