Heyward Allen is looking for a dependable Service Cashier who enjoys helping people, answering phones, and being the go-to person customers can count on. This role is perfect for someone who communicates well, stays calm under pressure, and knows how to keep multiple tasks moving at once.

Processes customer transactions, manages payments, and resolves billing inquiries. This candidate is the face of our service department, ensuring accurate financial operations, maintaining a clean workspace, and providing excellent customer service in dealership settings.

Responsibilities

· Answer incoming calls and assist customers

· Greeting each customer

· Schedule and confirm appointments

· Process payment transactions and reconcile the cash drawers and daily deposit

· File repair order and parts tickets

· Process loaner vehicles for customers, communicate with service manager about the loaners.

· Communicate clearly with customers and team members

· Follow up with customers when needed

· Enter and update customer information accurately

· Help create a positive, professional customer experience

Requirements

· Strong communication and people skills

· Basic Math skills- accurately count cash and verify totals

· Positive attitude and professional demeanor

· Ability to multitask and stay organized

· Dependable and detail-oriented

· Comfortable with phones and computers

· Previous scheduling or customer service experience is helpful, but not required

Hours are Monday - Friday 9:30-6; every other Saturday 8-2; Closed on Sunday
