AI Solutions Engineer in Brazil, Indiana at Jobgether

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an AI Solutions Engineer based in Brazil.

This role is focused on bridging business challenges and advanced artificial intelligence capabilities in a highly consultative and hands-on environment.
You will work directly with clients and internal teams to identify opportunities where AI can transform processes and unlock measurable value.
The position involves designing and delivering end-to-end AI solutions using LLMs, agents, RAG architectures, and modern cloud-native approaches.
You will also contribute to solution architecture decisions, ensuring scalability, security, and long-term maintainability.
A key part of the role is translating business needs into technical solutions, running assessments, and building PoCs and MVPs.
You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, architects, DevOps, and data specialists.
This is a fast-evolving environment where continuous learning and experimentation with emerging AI technologies is expected.

• Conduct client assessments to understand business challenges, processes, and opportunities for AI-driven transformation, while acting as a consultative advisor.
• Identify, design, and prioritize high-impact AI use cases, translating them into scalable solutions using LLMs, agents, RAG systems, and automation frameworks.
• Develop and deploy AI-powered applications and agents, integrating them with APIs, legacy systems, cloud platforms, and enterprise tools.
• Build proof of concepts, MVPs, and production-ready solutions while contributing to architecture definition and technical design decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure performance, security, governance, and scalability of AI solutions across environments.
• Deliver workshops, technical demos, and knowledge-sharing sessions to support AI adoption and best practices across client organizations.

Requirements:

• Strong software engineering background using Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, Node.js, or similar languages.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models, including practical implementation in real-world use cases.
• Experience building AI agents, workflows, and intelligent automation systems using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or similar.
• Solid understanding of RAG architectures, embeddings, vector databases, semantic search, and modern AI system design.
• Experience integrating AI models via APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, etc.).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices, REST APIs, DevOps practices, CI/CD, containers, and Kubernetes.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions with strong communication, problem-solving, and consultative skills.
• Nice to have: experience in MLOps/LLMOps, AI observability, enterprise AI platforms, low-code/no-code AI tools, or consulting environments.
