This is a highly visible role that directly influences enterprise growth and long-term ecosystem strategy.

Accountabilities
  • Define and lead the global ecosystem strategy, including cloud providers, data and AI platforms such as Snowflake and Databricks, ISVs, and systems integrator partnerships.

  • Build and operationalize next-generation partnership models, including partner apps programs and managed services frameworks.
  • Convert strategic alliances into executable GTM plays in collaboration with regional sales teams across AMER, EMEA, and APAC.
  • Drive “Power of 3” ecosystem motions by aligning internal teams with cloud, data, and SI partners.
  • Lead cross-functional alignment with product, engineering, marketing, and sales leadership to ensure execution consistency.
  • Build, scale, and mentor a global partner organization with strong accountability for performance and outcomes.
  • Serve as an executive ambassador for ecosystem strategy both internally and externally.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in SaaS, channel, or partner leadership roles with strong exposure to enterprise technology ecosystems.
  • Proven experience building and scaling partnerships with cloud providers such as Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure.
  • Demonstrated success turning incubated partnerships into revenue-generating go-to-market motions.
  • Strong background working with global systems integrators and building multi-party ecosystem plays.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS architectures, APIs, and platform integration concepts.
  • Executive-level communication and influencing skills with the ability to engage C-suite stakeholders.
  • Proven leadership experience building and scaling high-performing global teams.
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
Benefits
  • Competitive base salary range: $271,000 – $366,000 USD
  • Performance-based bonus eligibility and equity opportunities (where applicable)
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • Flexible remote work arrangements
