Surgery Scheduler Specialist
Fast-paced, high-volume clinic looking for a top skilled Scheduler
Work location: 6124 West Parker Road Plano, Texas 75093
Work hours: Full-time, 40 hours weekly; Monday thru Friday (8:30am - 5:30pm)

Here's What You Need:
• High School Diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED)
• Two Years of related experience in Healthcare environment (STRONGLY PREFERRED)
Knowledge of Insurance Verificatin, Referrals and Pre-Certifications (STRONGLY PREFERRED)
Surgery Scheduling experience (STRONGLY PREFERRED)
Thrive in a Fast-Paced environment, working with multiple providers' schedules (PREFERRED)
What You Will Do
• Coordinate, Register and Schedule appointments for patients according to availabiliy
• Conduct patient pre-certification to ensure coverage for appointments and medical care
• Ensure all required tests needed prior to surgery are done
• Schedule any necessary follow-up appointments
