This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving member acquisition strategy and accelerating scalable, data-driven growth across multiple marketing channels. The role combines strategic vision with hands-on analytical execution, requiring someone who can translate complex performance data into clear growth decisions. You will own the end-to-end acquisition engine, ensuring campaigns are optimized for efficiency, quality, and long-term member value. Acting as both strategist and operator, you will lead experimentation across channels, refine media mix strategy, and identify new opportunities for sustainable growth. It is an opportunity to shape high-impact marketing programs in a fast-paced, mission-driven, and highly data-oriented environment.

Accountabilities:
  • Own and drive the overall member acquisition strategy, ensuring alignment with growth targets and long-term business objectives while maximizing performance across all paid and organic channels.
  • Lead channel performance management, including forecasting, reporting, and optimization across daily, weekly, and monthly cycles, with accountability for traffic quality and conversion outcomes.
  • Build and execute a structured experimentation roadmap across creative, audience, messaging, landing pages, and funnel optimization to continuously improve acquisition efficiency.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Analytics, Tech, Product, Creative, and Marketing teams to develop scalable growth solutions and improve measurement, attribution, and campaign execution.
  • Manage external platform partners and vendors, ensuring strong collaboration, access to beta programs, and alignment on performance objectives.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing growth marketing team, fostering analytical rigor, accountability, and a strong culture of experimentation.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in user acquisition or performance marketing, with significant leadership experience in scaling growth functions within e-commerce or subscription-based businesses.
  • Proven success managing large-scale paid media budgets and driving measurable improvements in key performance metrics such as CAC, conversion rate, and ROAS.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and related performance marketing ecosystems.
  • Deep analytical capability with experience working with large datasets, forecasting performance, and translating insights into actionable growth strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and influence senior leadership through clear communication and data-driven storytelling.
  • Strong understanding of experimentation methodologies, attribution models, and full-funnel growth optimization in digital environments.

Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation package including base salary, equity, and performance-based incentives
  • Comprehensive health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance
  • 401(k) retirement plan
  • Flexible paid time off and paid holidays
  • Wellness and fitness benefits, including subsidized memberships and mental health support
  • Employee perks including product membership access and exclusive discounts
  • Remote-friendly work environment with periodic in-person team gatherings
