Job Description
Maine Public Employees Retirement System (MainePERS) seeks a Project Specialist to join our Employer Reporting team. This position partners with colleagues across the organization and with employers throughout Maine to improve processes, develop training resources, and coordinate projects that enhance the accuracy and efficiency of retirement reporting.

What You'll Do
- Coordinate projects from planning through completion, tracking milestones, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Facilitating communication among project stakeholders, scheduling meetings, providing updates, and keeping projects moving forward.
- Developing and maintaining procedures, user guides, training materials, manuals, and video scripts that help staff and employers work more effectively.
- Gathering feedback from employers and staff, researching solutions, and helping prioritize improvement initiatives.
- Preparing project reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and supporting documentation.
- Reviewing ERAA account adjustments for accuracy and ensuring appropriate documentation is provided.
