We are currently seeking a dedicated Full-TimeApartment Maintenance Technician for our Single Family Homes Team in Sandusky, Ohio. Explore the property here www.sanduskyapts.com and consider this your personal invitation to apply!
Your day-to-day:
  • Complete general home and property maintenance tasks
  • Support in projects for the homes and buildings in Sandusky area
  • Skills in electrical, carpentry, drywall, plumbing
What Were Looking For:
  • 2+ years of general construction or maintenance experience
  • Solid troubleshooting skills and a strong work ethic
  • Team player with great communication and a friendly vibe
  • Someone who takes pride in doing things right the first time
Compensation & Benefits:
  • $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
  • Quarterly bonus incentives reaching up to $3,000 annually
