United Clearing Services , founded in 2021, provides critical vegetation management, emergency restoration services, and right-of-way tree trimming to utility companies across Texas. We specialize in tree trimming, growth regulation, and vegetation mitigation around utility infrastructure to reduce the risk of damage from wind, rain, rot, and overgrowthhelping protect utility assets and community safety. We take pride in delivering safe, high-quality, and cost-effective storm clearing solutions with a strong, team-first approach.
Were currently hiring a General Foreperson to oversee field operations across our Waco, Houston, and Waxahachie locations, with potential travel required during storm-related emergencies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage crews with a strong focus on safety and productivity
- Assign daily tasks and ensure compliance with safety and utility standards
- Coordinate with other supervisors and track overall project progress
- Maintain clear, professional communication with crews and stakeholders
- Keep accurate documentation and job site records
Working Conditions:
- Physical, outdoor role with lifting/carrying (1050 lbs), walking, kneeling, climbing, and standing
- Full-time availability required: 1012-hour shifts , up to 7 days/week during storm season
- Weekend and holiday availability may be required
- Must be willing to travel for storm restoration work when needed
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Extensive knowledge of vegetation management practices and safety regulations.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate crews.
- Excellent record-keeping and documentation skills.
- Ability to interpret work orders and technical instructions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Time management skills to meet deadlines.
- Must have computer knowledge
- Must be able to wear necessary PPE as necessary.
- Must be able to withstand exposure to all kinds of weather while completing work assignments, i.e., rain, heat, sun, cold.
- Must be able to traverse various terrains.
- Must be able to write, read and comprehend written and verbal job instructions/information.
- Must be willing to travel out of state for emergency storm work.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Must have transportation to and from the startup location.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
Candidates must be available for full-time work, including 10 to 12-hour shifts, with the potential for up to 7 days per week during storm season. Weekend and holiday availability is also required.
