• Prepare and cook menu items to recipe and presentation standards.
• Set up and maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workstation.
• Manage multiple orders while maintaining speed, accuracy, and quality.
• Communicate effectively with teammates to keep service running smoothly.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety standards at all times.
• Help receive, rotate, and properly store food and supplies.
• Support your team wherever needed to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant required.
• Organized and focused during busy shifts.
• Works with speed without sacrificing quality.
• Pays attention to the details that make every dish consistent.
• Communicates well and enjoys being part of a team.
• Adapts quickly and solves problems with a positive attitude.
