This is a high-impact, remote leadership role supporting the India General Manager in a fast-moving AI business.
You will act as a strategic thought partner while also taking direct ownership of critical growth initiatives.
The role spans revenue operations, strategy, market analysis, cross-functional execution, and business performance.
You will identify opportunities, turn ambiguous ideas into structured plans, and drive initiatives through measurable outcomes.
You will work across functions including Legal, Marketing, and Product to ensure India-specific priorities move forward effectively.
Success in this role requires strong commercial judgment, operational discipline, discretion, and a willingness to get hands-on.
It is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in high-trust environments and wants significant influence over a rapidly scaling market.
- Act as a strategic thought partner to the India General Manager, challenging assumptions, pressure-testing plans, and helping translate priorities into action.
- Identify, evaluate, and build business cases for new growth opportunities across customer segments, channels, and go-to-market motions.
- Develop an outside-in perspective on the Indian market by analyzing competitive, customer, and industry signals and translating insights into actionable growth plans.
- Own key growth initiatives end to end, from defining the opportunity and establishing plans to coordinating execution and delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Serve as a central point of coordination across Legal, Marketing, Product, and other functions for India-specific initiatives.
- Monitor critical KPIs and OKRs for the India business, identify emerging risks or gaps, and proactively escalate areas requiring attention.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and solve problems before they become significant business or execution issues.
- Use AI-powered tools and automation to streamline workflows, improve productivity, and increase the impact of strategic and operational work.
- Handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion while building trusted relationships across the organization.
- Maintain a strong bias toward execution, ensuring initiatives progress from ideas and plans to tangible results.
- Demonstrated experience in consulting, strategy and operations, revenue operations, or a high-growth startup go-to-market environment.
- Proven track record of owning a growth or strategic initiative from initial concept through execution and achieving measurable results.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with practical commercial judgment and the ability to translate business opportunities into actionable plans.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments, turning broad or incomplete ideas into clearly scoped initiatives with owners, milestones, and timelines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to identify meaningful signals and determine where business attention is required.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and collaborate effectively across multiple functions.
- High ownership and a low-ego approach, with a willingness to take responsibility for both strategic priorities and hands-on execution.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining momentum and accountability.
- Genuine interest in artificial intelligence and enthusiasm for working in a rapidly evolving, AI-first environment.
- Sound judgment, discretion, and integrity when handling sensitive business information and organizational matters.
- Comfortable using AI tools and automation to improve workflows, decision-making, and personal productivity.
- Full-time, remote position based in India.
- Opportunity to work at the intersection of AI, strategy, revenue, and market expansion.
- High-trust, high-impact environment with significant ownership and autonomy.
- Opportunity to influence growth initiatives in a major APJ market and work closely with senior leadership.
- Annual discretionary professional development stipend to support learning and career growth.
- Annual discretionary stipend for social travel and opportunities to connect with colleagues.
- Company-wide annual offsite held in a different location each year.
- Monthly co-working stipend for employees who are not located near a primary company hub.
- Global, collaborative working environment with flexible location practices.
- Opportunities to take on broader responsibilities and grow beyond the initial scope of the role.
- Inclusive workplace committed to equal opportunity and respect for diverse backgrounds.
