OVERVIEW:
Working as Full-time Calibration Support, you will be an essential member of our Industrial Services team, helping ensure customer measuring equipment and orders are processed accurately, efficiently and on time. You will support daily operations by receiving and organizing incoming products, coordinating order fulfillment and shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy and communicating service updates with customers and Fastenal branches. This role offers the opportunity to develop skills in operations, customer service, quality systems and supply chain processes while contributing to an industry-leading service organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
o Coordinating the flow of customer orders from receipt through completion and shipment
o Processing and managing calibration work orders to ensure timely turnaround
o Receiving and tracking parts used in repair and calibration processes
o Recording and maintaining accurate customer asset information within company systems
o Managing inventory levels and organizing incoming products
o Communicating effectively with Fastenal branches, customers and vendor partners
o Providing customers with updates regarding service and order status
o Following ISO quality standards and documented procedures
o Maintaining a safe, organized and professional work environment
o Supporting continuous improvement efforts that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:
o 18 years of age or older
o Excellent written and oral communication skills
o Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite
o Possess strong math aptitude
o Highly motivated, self-directed, and customer service oriented
o Demonstrate strong organization, planning, prioritizing abilities and attention to detail
o Exhibit strong problem solving and deductive reasoning skills
o Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
o Work independently as well as in a team environment
o Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork
o Lift, slide, carry and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 100lbs
o Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico, and Guam ONLY)

PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
o Previous experience in warehouse, distribution, manufacturing or service operations
o Experience using RF handheld scanners and inventory management systems
o Familiarity with office equipment such as copiers, scanners and multi-line phone systems
o Experience working in a quality-focused or ISO-regulated environment

COMPENSATION:
The base pay range for this position is $30,000 - 50,000. In addition to base pay, this position is also eligible for a bonus and/or commission.
