This is a senior, highly autonomous growth leadership role responsible for driving user acquisition, conversion, upgrades, and reactivation across Mexico, Argentina, and Chile. You’ll define the regional growth strategy while translating business objectives into measurable B2B2C marketing initiatives. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, from analyzing performance data to building campaigns and improving what is not working. You’ll lead and develop a regional team while partnering closely with senior Revenue and Customer Success stakeholders. AI is expected to be a core part of your workflow, helping accelerate analysis, reporting, research, and campaign development. You’ll work in a collaborative, international environment where experimentation, ownership, and measurable business impact are highly valued.
- Own the regional User Growth strategy across Mexico, Argentina, and Chile, covering new members, paid subscribers, upgrades, and reactivation, while defining and forecasting the marketing plan and key performance indicators.
- Lead, hire, coach, and develop a regional growth team, creating an environment of accountability, autonomy, psychological safety, and continuous improvement.
- Build trusted relationships with senior Revenue and Customer Success leaders, acting as a strategic growth partner and identifying opportunities across major regional clients.
- Use AI tools extensively to accelerate data analysis, reporting, campaign creation, market research, and other growth workflows, while helping the team adopt AI-first ways of working.
- Stay hands-on with data and execution by analyzing performance, building reporting, supporting campaign development and QA, and partnering with local teams on cross-channel initiatives.
- Adapt regional growth strategies to the specific market dynamics of Mexico, Argentina, and Chile, identifying local trends, competitive opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Own lifecycle campaign planning across email, app push notifications, SMS, and WhatsApp, while influencing paid media initiatives across social, search, and other channels.
- Develop consumer-focused messaging in collaboration with Product Marketing, Brand, Customer Success, and other cross-functional teams.
- Champion experimentation, testing new growth approaches, measuring results, and scaling successful initiatives across the region and beyond.
- Present growth strategies, performance results, forecasts, and recommendations to senior and executive stakeholders.
- Significant experience in growth marketing or user growth leadership, ideally with responsibility for a region or multiple markets and experience in CRM, lifecycle, subscription, or B2B2C growth.
- Proven ability to own an end-to-end growth strategy and translate it into measurable campaigns, initiatives, forecasts, and business outcomes.
- Experience leading, hiring, coaching, and developing marketing or growth professionals, with a strong focus on accountability and team autonomy.
- Strong analytical capabilities, including hands-on experience working with tools such as Looker, Metabase, databases, Amplitude, Segment, or comparable analytics and customer-data platforms.
- Experience with marketing automation and campaign orchestration tools such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to use generative AI tools as a core part of professional workflows, particularly for data analysis, reporting, research, and campaign development.
- Strong stakeholder-management and executive communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas, influence senior leaders, and navigate high-stakes discussions.
- Hands-on mindset with strong prioritization skills, comfortable moving between strategic planning, analysis, campaign execution, and problem-solving.
- Experience working across multiple markets or audiences, with the ability to adapt strategies to local customer behavior and market conditions.
- Fluent English and professional fluency in Spanish are required for daily collaboration across the regional markets.
- Willingness to travel to other regional markets, such as Argentina, approximately once or twice per year when needed.
- Free premium wellness membership, including access to fitness facilities, digital programs, meditation, nutrition, and mental wellbeing resources, with the option to add up to three family members.
- Health and life insurance.
- Flexible-first working model with remote and hybrid options depending on the role and team requirements.
- Home-office equipment reimbursement and a monthly work-from-home allowance.
- Flexible schedules designed around time zones, team needs, and individual routines.
- At least 25 days of paid time off per year, plus additional days based on tenure and annual holidays, including a birthday holiday.
- 100% paid parental leave for all new parents, with extended leave and a gradual return-to-work option for birth parents.
- Career development opportunities, learning platforms, development planning, interactive sessions, and internal mobility opportunities.
- A collaborative, inclusive, international culture focused on wellbeing, ownership, continuous learning, and meaningful impact.
- Opportunity to lead regional growth across three important Latin American markets with significant autonomy and visibility.
