• Welcome prospects and provide exceptional customer service from the very first interaction.

• Conduct engaging apartment tours that showcase the lifestyle and value of our community.

• Follow up consistently with prospects and convert leads into signed leases.

• Meet and exceed monthly leasing goals.

• Build rapport with prospective residents and confidently ask for the lease.

• Process rental applications and lease documents accurately and efficiently.

• Assist with resident renewals and help maximize resident retention.

• Partner with the management team to maintain strong occupancy.

• Contribute creative marketing ideas, outreach efforts, and resident events.

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience every step of the way.

• Previous apartment leasing experience or a proven background in commissioned sales preferred.

• A confident closer who isn't afraid to ask for the lease.

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.

• Positive, energetic personality with a strong sense of urgency.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

• Comfortable working weekends as part of a rotating schedule.

• Experience with Entrata or other property management software is a plus.
