Restaurant experience is preferred for certain positions, but we welcome motivated candidates who are eager to learn. Sushi Chef candidates must have prior cooking experience.

Depending on the position, team members may be required to:

• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Bend, reach, and carry trays or supplies frequently
• Lift up to 25 pounds
• Work in high-traffic areas with frequent guest interaction
• Work around kitchen heat, noise, and varying dining-room temperatures

These positions are classified as non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act. Team members are eligible for overtime pay when required by applicable federal or state law.
