Hot Stamp Operator Overview

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Hot Stamp Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical aptitude and experience working with production equipment who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate hot stamp press and punch press equipment according to work instructionsRead and follow job specifications, including tooling and die setupMeasure and inspect parts using a tape measure and other basic tools to ensure quality standards are metPerform routine quality checks and document results as requiredMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow all safety guidelines and actively participate in site safety programsSupport team production goals and meet established output targetsAssist with additional duties as assignedQualifications

High school diploma or GED requiredAt least 1 year of manufacturing experience preferredExperience operating stamping presses or similar equipment is a plusStrong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with basic toolingAbility to read a tape measure (feet and inches)Strong attention to detail and qualityAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionReliable attendance and punctualityWork Environment & Physical Requirements

Manufacturing/factory environmentExtended periods of standing and repetitive workFrequent bending, reaching, and lifting (up to 50 lbs)Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE) in designated areasWhy Join Us
