Accountabilities:

Build and maintain system integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, XML, and other integration technologies
Develop agentic workflows and AI-driven automation chains for complex decision-making processes
Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure reliability and performance of automated workflows
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and design effective solutions
Measure and report automation impact, including efficiency gains, cost savings, and error reduction
Maintain technical documentation and promote automation engineering best practices
Provide technical guidance and support to teams adopting automation solutions
Ensure scalability, high availability, and continuous improvement of automation systems

Requirements:

This position requires strong experience in automation engineering, integration development, and AI-enabled workflow design within enterprise environments.

4+ years of experience in application integration, workflow automation, or similar technical roles
Strong hands-on experience with automation platforms such as N8N, Tray.io, or equivalent tools
Proven experience building AI-driven solutions using MCP, Gemini Enterprise, or similar AI frameworks
Strong programming skills in Python and SQL
