Job Description:

The Trade Supervisor/Foreman is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of skilled trade workers to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards of quality. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage schedules, resources, and personnel effectively while maintaining compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:

• Require Secret Clerance
• 4 year degree in facilities management discipline.
• Leads, supervises, and coordinates a team of skilled trade workers (e.g., electricians, plumbers, carpenters, welders, etc.) to meet project goals and deadlines.
