In this role, you will be responsible for leading engineering execution and shaping the technical direction of global licensing platforms.
- Own team delivery, ensuring engineering outcomes align with product and business objectives across licensing systems and data pipelines.
- Define and evolve technical strategy, architecture standards, and engineering best practices in collaboration with senior engineers.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of software engineers, supporting career growth, performance management, and technical excellence.
- Actively participate in hands-on development, including coding, code reviews, and architectural design decisions.
- Partner closely with business and product stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

The ideal candidate is a technically strong and empathetic engineering leader with a passion for building scalable systems and high-performing teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2+ years of experience leading engineering teams of 6–10+ software engineers.
- Strong hands-on engineering background with the ability to contribute to coding, code reviews, and system design.
- Experience building and scaling distributed systems or platform products is highly valued.
- Familiarity with modern technologies such as Java, React, Angular, and AWS is a plus.
- Proven ability to hire, develop, and retain engineering talent in fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
