  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with vendors, suppliers, and external technology partners.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and market differentiation.
  • Act as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring product strategies address evolving client needs and market demands.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in product management, software development, engineering management, or related technology functions.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional technology organizations and delivering complex product initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, software development lifecycles, and modern product development practices.
  • Demonstrated experience managing distributed, remote, onsite, and offshore teams.
  • Excellent business acumen with experience in strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and operational management.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with executive leaders, customers, and technical teams.
  • Advanced analytical, problem-solving, diagnostic, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize competing initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative leadership style with a focus on team development, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Experience with cloud technologies, artificial intelligence, product modernization, or digital transformation initiatives is highly desirable.
  • Scrum Master, PMP, or related project management certifications are considered advantageous.
