Affirmed Home Care is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one‑on‑one skilled nursing care for a 12‑year‑old girl in Nutley, NJ. This role is perfect for RNs who enjoy pediatrics and value the meaningful impact of individualized home‑care nursing.

We have immediate openings for evening and weekend shifts, offering steady hours and strong clinical support from our pediatric leadership team. You’ll always have the guidance you need to feel confident and supported on the case.

• Provide evening and weekend pediatric nursing care — Ensure the child’s safety, comfort, and clinical needs are met during non‑school hours

• RN: $39–$41/hr

• Active New Jersey RN License

• Preferred 1 year of pediatric experience in home care or acute care

• Current BLS Certification

• Authorized to work in the United States

• Valid driver’s license preferred

• Physical exam within the past 12 months

• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X‑ray within 5 years)

• Proof of MMR immunization within 10 years

• Proof of flu vaccination or approved medical exemption

• Supportive pediatric clinical team

• Predictable evening and weekend schedule

• Meaningful 1:1 care
