Position Description:


DACUT is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Administrator to support daily marketing operations across our retail locations. This role is responsible for ensuring promotional content, menus, websites, vendor campaigns, and customer communications remain accurate, current, and aligned across all platforms.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, creative, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced retail environment. This position plays a critical role in helping marketing initiatives launch accurately and on schedule.

Essential Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Platform Management
  • Audit and update Weedmaps bios, deals, banners, featured products, and promotional content.
  • Maintain website bios, promotional pages, banners, and marketing content.
  • Upload and manage menu images, promotional graphics, and digital assets.
  • Ensure all online promotions are accurate, current, and properly displayed across platforms.
Promotional Coordination
  • Review store deal sheets and prepare marketing requests for upcoming promotions.
  • Coordinate promotional timelines and ensure assets are delivered on schedule.
  • Maintain and organize in-store digital displays and CTV content.
  • Assist with launching and managing promotional campaigns across multiple channels.
Customer Communications
  • Support the development and scheduling of text message campaigns, email marketing, and push notifications.
  • Ensure messaging is consistent with brand standards and promotional objectives.
  • Verify promotional details, pricing, and product information before deployment.
Vendor Relations & Event Support
  • Communicate with vendors regarding vendor days, promotional opportunities, and marketing support.
  • Collect and organize promotional assets, logos, product information, and event details.
  • Coordinate marketing materials needed to support retail and vendor events.
Quality Control & Administration
  • Review links, images, pricing, product names, and promotional content for accuracy.
  • Maintain organized records of marketing projects, assets, and schedules.
  • Identify errors, inconsistencies, and missing information before promotions go live.
  • Support continuous improvement of marketing systems and workflows.
Qualifications
Required
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong proofreading and quality control abilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
Preferred
  • Experience with Canva, Weedmaps, Dutchie, website content management systems, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
  • Experience in retail, cannabis, marketing, or digital content administration.
  • Familiarity with promotional marketing, customer communications, and vendor coordination.
