Job Description

Senior Product Marketing Manager, Pindrop Pulse

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Pindrop Pulse in the United States.

This role sits at the forefront of one of the most advanced enterprise security products in the AI era, focused on defending organizations against deepfake-driven fraud across voice, video, and digital collaboration platforms. You will own the go-to-market strategy for a category-defining solution that detects synthetic media in real time and protects high-stakes business interactions. Acting as a central connector between product, sales, demand generation, and customer success, you will translate highly technical AI and identity-trust capabilities into compelling market narratives. The role requires a strong mix of strategic thinking, storytelling, and execution across fast-moving enterprise environments. You will help shape an emerging security category while driving adoption across Fortune 500 buyers. This is a high-impact opportunity to bring groundbreaking AI security technology to market at scale.

Accountabilities:
  • Own positioning, messaging, and category definition for a next-generation deepfake detection and identity trust solution across enterprise use cases in meetings and voice communications.
  • Lead go-to-market execution for product launches across major collaboration platforms, ensuring alignment with marketplace channels, partner ecosystems, and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Develop detailed buyer personas across security, compliance, HR, finance, and executive stakeholders, tailoring messaging to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Build and maintain end-to-end sales enablement assets, including pitch decks, battle cards, demo scripts, ROI models, objection handling guides, and industry-specific messaging.
  • Drive competitive intelligence in an emerging and rapidly evolving AI security landscape, identifying differentiation opportunities and market positioning strategies.
  • Partner with demand generation teams to design and execute campaigns that educate the market on deepfake risks and generate pipeline across enterprise segments.
  • Develop customer stories and case studies that quantify business impact, including fraud prevention, risk reduction, and operational resilience outcomes.
Requirements
  • 5–8 years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience, ideally in cybersecurity, identity verification, fraud prevention, or AI-driven enterprise security solutions.
  • Proven success in launching or scaling products in emerging or category-creation markets where demand must be shaped, not just captured.
  • Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging for diverse enterprise audiences.
  • Experience building and operationalizing sales enablement programs that are actively used by sales teams in high-velocity environments.
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills across multiple formats, including product messaging, case studies, executive briefs, and thought leadership content.
  • Ability to define and manage multiple buyer personas across technical and business decision-makers within complex enterprise deals.
  • Strong collaboration experience working in cross-functional agile or pod-based teams spanning product, sales, and marketing.
  • Experience in AI/ML, synthetic media, or identity risk technologies is a strong plus.
Benefits
  • Competitive compensation aligned with experience and market benchmarks, including base salary within a defined range.
  • Opportunity to work on a category-defining AI security product recognized among top industry innovations.
  • Remote-friendly work structure across the United States with flexible collaboration practices.
  • Exposure to enterprise-scale customers, including leading financial services, healthcare, and technology organizations.
  • Strong learning and growth environment working alongside product, data science, and AI research teams.
  • Equity participation and performance-based growth opportunities (where applicable).
  • Comprehensive benefits package including healthcare coverage, parental leave, and wellness support programs.
  • Opportunity to directly shape a fast-emerging global category in AI-driven identity trust and fraud prevention.
