The position goes beyond traditional BI reporting, emphasizing predictive analytics, real-time data visualization, and AI-powered storytelling. In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize advanced visualization systems that integrate real-time data, machine learning outputs, and scalable BI architecture to support enterprise decision-making.
- Design and build scalable, low-latency dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Looker
- Develop AI-powered visualization layers that surface machine learning outputs such as churn prediction, LTV forecasting, clustering, and anomaly detection
- Integrate dashboards with data warehouses like Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, and Google BigQuery, as well as streaming systems such as Apache Kafka and Amazon Kinesis
- Implement semantic data models and metric layers using tools like dbt or LookML to ensure consistency and governance
- Build natural language query interfaces using LLM APIs such as OpenAI or AWS Bedrock for conversational analytics
- Develop automated insight generation systems that highlight trends, anomalies, and actionable recommendations using NLP techniques
- Optimize dashboard performance through efficient SQL design, caching strategies, and scalable data modeling
- Collaborate with ML engineers to accurately represent uncertainty, confidence intervals, and predictive outputs in visual formats
- Establish and maintain data governance practices, including metric validation, lineage tracking, and monitoring frameworks
- Integrate visualization solutions with backend APIs and analytics services for real-time updates
This role requires strong expertise in data visualization, advanced SQL, and modern data stacks, along with the ability to translate machine learning outputs into clear, actionable business insights.
- Strong experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
- Advanced SQL skills with experience handling large-scale, high-volume datasets
- Experience working with modern data warehouses such as Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery
- Familiarity with data transformation tools like dbt and semantic modeling approaches
- Exposure to streaming and real-time data systems such as Kafka or Kinesis
- Experience working with Python for data manipulation and light backend integration (pandas, NumPy)
- Understanding of machine learning concepts such as classification, regression, clustering, and anomaly detection
- Experience integrating LLMs or NLP-based systems into analytics or reporting workflows
- Strong knowledge of data modeling techniques (star and snowflake schemas) and performance optimization
- Experience embedding dashboards and integrating APIs into internal platforms
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail
