This role is a high-impact commercial position focused on driving direct sales of institutional-grade staking and yield products within the blockchain and digital assets ecosystem. You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from cold outreach to contract closure, while engaging with sophisticated financial clients such as hedge funds, venture capital firms, ETFs, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals. The position requires a strong mix of technical understanding of blockchain infrastructure and advanced B2B sales capabilities. You will operate in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment, collaborating closely with product, legal, and research teams to structure tailored solutions. Success in this role depends on persistence, strategic thinking, and the ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders. This is a fully remote opportunity within a rapidly evolving Web3 landscape, where innovation and execution go hand in hand.
- Manage the full direct sales cycle for non-custodial staking and yield products, from prospecting to contract closure.
- Conduct proactive cold outreach to institutional clients including funds, VCs, hedge funds, ETFs, ETPs, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals.
- Identify, engage, and build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the financial and crypto ecosystem.
- Understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions in collaboration with internal product, legal, and research teams.
- Independently coordinate complex deals across multiple internal departments to ensure successful execution and closing.
- Oversee end-to-end deal management, including outreach, negotiation, contract signing, and payment completion.
- Continuously explore new opportunities within the blockchain and decentralized finance ecosystem.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within fintech, crypto, or technology sectors.
- Proven track record of closing large-scale deals (approximately $1M+ USD).
- Strong experience engaging and negotiating with C-level executives and founders.
- Fluency in English and Japanese, both written and spoken.
- Solid understanding of blockchain technology, staking mechanisms, and crypto market dynamics.
- Strong ability to manage cold outreach campaigns with persistence and effectiveness.
- Highly organized, disciplined, and capable of operating in a high-performance sales environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
