About the Role
We are currently hiring Manufacturing Associates/Assemblers for a leading medical device company. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a clean, professional, and fast-growing industry. Students and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
We are seeking detail-oriented and motivated individuals to join our production team. In this role, you will help assemble medical products to specification, support daily production goals, and contribute to the quality and reliability our customers depend on. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a team environment, and takes pride in accuracy, consistency, and high-quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure optimal use of work time to assemble products to specification, on time, and to the quantities determined by the planning group.
Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists; gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.
Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements.
Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
Documents actions by completing production and quality forms.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Qualifications:
High School Diploma
Attention to detail and the ability to follow work instructions.
Experience in manufacturing and quality systems
Previous production assembly experience
Excellent communication skills
Technical analysis and problem solving ability
Must be able to work a flexible schedule
Strong team-player mindset
Experience brazing and soldering beneficial (but not required)
