Compensation & Schedule

Full-time| $75,000 - $80,000 annually (Based on Experience)

40hour work week, with weekend availability required.

The Role

We’re hiring an Operations Lead (Events) to oversee the successful coordination and execution of photo booth activations within an assigned market. This role is responsible for leading local event operations, supporting field technicians, managing logistics, maintaining equipment readiness, and ensuring exceptional guest and client experiences at every activation.

The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys leading teams, solving problems in real time, and creating memorable event experiences through operational excellence.

  • Event setup, execution, and breakdown coordination
  • Technician scheduling, staffing, and operational support
  • Inventory management and equipment oversight
  • Client communication and onsite guest experience
  • Post-event reporting and operational documentation
  • Maintaining Majestic’s brand standards across all activations

Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Additional coursework or certifications in event operations, hospitality, logistics, or leadership is a plus
Experience
  • Experience in event operations, experiential marketing, hospitality, logistics, or field operations preferred
  • Experience leading or coordinating teams in live-event environments strongly preferred
  • Experience managing schedules, staffing, or operational workflows preferred
Skills
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to troubleshoot operational issues in real time
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Tools & Software
  • Google Workspace
  • Scheduling and communication platforms
  • Basic inventory tracking systems
  • Event operation and reporting tools
  • Familiarity with booth hardware, printers, and event technology preferred
