It offers the opportunity to directly shape product direction while fostering a culture of innovation, empathy, and high performance.

Accountabilities:
  • Define, own, and evolve the product vision and roadmap across complex technical product areas or portfolios.
  • Lead and develop a team of product managers, product owners, and associates, fostering a high-performance and inclusive culture.
  • Partner with engineering, design, user research, analytics, and customer experience teams to deliver high-quality product solutions.
  • Establish and drive adoption of product management best practices, frameworks, and delivery processes across teams.
  • Translate strategic business objectives into actionable product strategies and execution plans.
  • Mentor and coach product talent in discovery, solution design, prioritization, and delivery execution.
  • Influence senior stakeholders and executives through clear communication, data-driven insights, and strategic storytelling.
  • Ensure alignment across cross-functional teams to deliver consistent experiences across platforms and markets.
  • Build and scale product capabilities in environments where solutions may need to be created from the ground up.
  • Drive continuous improvement in product delivery practices, agile execution, and customer-centric innovation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of product management experience (8+ years strongly preferred).
  • 5+ years of cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, analytics, and research teams.
  • 3+ years in a senior leadership or people management role, including hiring and developing product talent.
  • Strong ability to define product strategy and translate it into execution across technical environments.
  • Proven experience operating across multiple organizational levels, including executive stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, including presentation, written, and verbal storytelling abilities.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen with a data-driven decision-making approach.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and build structured solutions in complex environments.
  • Strong empathy for users and a deep understanding of customer-centric product development.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary ranging from approximately $97,089 to $230,619 depending on location and experience.
  • Annual bonus eligibility and performance-based incentive programs.
  • Flexible work arrangements with remote work options across the United States.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, and pet insurance coverage.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company match.
  • Paid time off including vacation, sick leave, company holidays, and volunteer days.
  • Education assistance and professional development opportunities.
  • Wellness resources including mental health support, therapy/coaching sessions, and family care assistance.
  • Inclusive, collaborative culture focused on growth, recognition, and employee engagement.
