Senior Manager, Talent Management

In this role, you will lead the evolution of enterprise talent management practices within a dynamic and innovation-driven environment. You will help shape strategies related to performance management, succession planning, career development, workforce planning, and organizational growth. Working closely with senior HR leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, you will design scalable programs that enhance employee experience and support long-term business transformation. The position combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring both operational excellence and a forward-looking mindset around AI and organizational innovation. You will drive impactful talent initiatives using data, technology, and design thinking methodologies to improve engagement and organizational effectiveness. This role is ideal for a collaborative leader who enjoys solving complex people challenges while influencing enterprise-wide talent strategies. Your contributions will directly support leadership development, workforce agility, and the future of talent management practices.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop and execute enterprise talent management strategies aligned with organizational priorities and workforce transformation goals.
  • Lead initiatives related to performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, career frameworks, workforce planning, and internal mobility.
  • Design and improve talent programs using design thinking principles and employee-centered approaches.
  • Drive innovation across talent practices by leveraging research, AI capabilities, and emerging HR technologies.
  • Manage end-to-end project delivery for talent management initiatives, ensuring measurable business and employee outcomes.
  • Partner closely with HR Business Partners, People Analytics, Learning teams, and senior stakeholders to align talent strategies across the organization.
  • Lead change management efforts and create high-impact communications to support adoption and engagement.
  • Collaborate with People Technology teams to optimize systems, workflows, and user experiences through digital transformation initiatives.
  • Analyze workforce and talent data to generate actionable insights and improve program effectiveness.
  • Manage, coach, and support direct reports through performance management, onboarding, and professional development.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in talent management, organizational development, or related HR functions within global or fast-paced organizations.
  • Minimum of 2 years of direct people management experience.
  • Strong expertise in performance management, succession planning, talent reviews, workforce planning, and career development frameworks.
  • Experience working with HR systems such as Workday and analytics platforms like Tableau is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution and operational excellence.
  • Exceptional project management skills with strong attention to detail and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
  • Strong written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and demonstrated experience leveraging AI to improve workflows and productivity.
  • Strong analytical mindset with advanced skills in Excel, Google Sheets, and presentation tools.
  • Experience within SaaS or technology-focused environments is considered a strong advantage.
  • Advanced degree in Organizational Behavior, Psychology, or related disciplines is a plus.
