In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade solutions on the ServiceNow platform, focusing on ITSM and CSM modules. You will act as a trusted technical leader, guiding clients through discovery, solution design, and implementation phases. The position combines hands-on technical expertise with client-facing consulting, ensuring solutions are both scalable and aligned with business value. You will collaborate closely with project managers, business consultants, and technical teams to translate requirements into effective platform configurations. This role has a direct impact on service quality, operational efficiency, and digital transformation outcomes for enterprise clients. It is best suited for a seasoned architect who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments and enjoys leading technical delivery teams. You will also help shape best practices while minimizing technical debt across implementations.
- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow solution delivery projects, from discovery and design to implementation and deployment.
- Facilitate client workshops, demos, and requirement-gathering sessions to define optimal business and technical solutions.
- Design scalable architectures aligned with ITIL best practices and organizational goals.
- Translate business requirements into well-structured technical designs, Agile stories, and actionable tasks.
- Assign, coordinate, and review work performed by technical consultants to ensure quality delivery.
- Ensure solutions are optimized for performance, maintainability, and reduced technical debt.
- Collaborate with project managers and business consultants to ensure alignment across delivery streams.
- Provide guidance on ServiceNow capabilities, configuration, and customization best practices.
- Support continuous improvement of delivery methodologies and platform standards.
- 7+ years of experience administering and implementing ServiceNow solutions, with strong expertise in ITSM and CSM modules.
- Deep knowledge of ITIL framework and how it applies to enterprise service management.
- Strong hands-on development experience including JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and Flow Designer.
- Proven experience leading technical teams in complex ServiceNow implementation projects.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Experience working in Agile environments, including story refinement, sprint planning, and testing cycles.
- Strong understanding of configuration management principles within IT service environments.
- ServiceNow System Administrator certification and/or Implementation Specialist certification preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience, including military background where applicable.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
