Director of Nursing - Outpatient Services (AMMSPC) in Auburn, New York at Auburn Community Hospital

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced outpatient services director to lead our growing healthcare organization. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for delivering exceptional patient care and a commitment to promoting a positive and collaborative team environment. This position will have clinical oversight of all of our outpatient physician practices.

Qualifications:

• Must possess a current NY State RN License.
• Bachelors Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Three (3) to Five (5) years of supervisory experience desirable.

Typical Working Conditions:

Some exposure to communicable diseases or toxic substances, ionizing radiation, therapeutic preparations and other conditions common to a healthcare environment.

Typical Physical Demands:

Requires a full range of motion, including handling and lifting patients, manual and finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination. Requires standing and walking for extensive periods of time. Occasionally, lifts, carries and pushes items weighing up to 50 pounds. Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range. Requires working under stressful conditions or working irregular hours.

Salary: $130,000/annually, DOE

Full-time, Monday - Friday (37.5 hours/week)
