Position Summary

Wil jij werken in de wereld van business aviation, waar kwaliteit, veiligheid en persoonlijke service centraal staan? Als Ramp Agent / Platformmedewerker bij Jet Aviation Schiphol-Oost ben jij het gezicht van onze platformoperatie. Bij ons geen massale afhandeling, maar kleinschalig, persoonlijk en exclusief.

Je werkt direct met crew en passagiers van business jets en bent samen met je team verantwoordelijk voor een veilige, efficiënte en servicegerichte afhandeling van iedere vlucht. Jouw rol gaat verder dan alleen platformwerk: jij ondersteunt ook de operationele vluchtvoorbereiding en het ontvangst van crew en passagiers.

Wat ga je doen?

• Rijbewijs B (vereist); bij voorkeur B + C + E;
• Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal;
• Je kunt binnen 60 minuten op Schiphol aanwezig zijn;
• Werkervaring in grondafhandeling is een pré;
• Bereidheid om te werken in ploegendiensten (vroeg, dag, laat, nacht, weekend en feestdagen);
• Je bent servicegericht, klantvriendelijk en stressbestendig;
• MBO werk- en denkniveau.

Werkschema

• Ploegendiensten (vroeg, dag, laat en nacht);
