The Document Management Rep is responsible for maintaining electronic Association files.
Essential Functions:
· Scan and index files as assigned
· Sort and prep returned mail as per company regulations
· Scan and index returned mail
· Prepare scanned/indexed documents for transit to storage
· Search documents in Docuware upon request
· Supply ordering
· Assist with Transitions when new communities join and exiting communities
· Assist mailroom as needed
· Perform all other job requests as assigned by management.
Job Specifications:
- Minimum of 6 months office, file room, or mailroom experience
- Experience in electronic file storage and organization
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
