This role is a high-ownership, performance-driven position focused on building and optimizing pipeline generation across multiple client accounts in a fast-growing agency environment. You will be responsible for designing, executing, and refining paid media strategies that drive qualified appointments and measurable revenue outcomes. The role combines strategic client leadership with hands-on campaign execution, requiring strong analytical thinking and creative marketing capability. You will act as the primary driver of pipeline performance, ensuring consistent delivery against cost-per-acquisition and conversion targets. Working closely with internal operations leadership, you will help scale winning strategies and improve overall campaign efficiency. This is a role for someone who thrives in accountability-heavy, results-oriented environments.
In this role, you will own pipeline generation performance across client accounts, combining strategy, execution, and client leadership to drive consistent and measurable results.
- Own end-to-end client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for strategy, performance, and optimization
- Lead recurring client meetings to review campaign results, align on priorities, and define next steps
- Build, launch, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment setting
- Manage budgets, targeting strategies, bidding structures, and creative testing to achieve performance goals
- Develop ad copy, messaging angles, hooks, and video sales letter scripts tailored to financial audiences
- Monitor campaign performance daily and implement optimizations to improve conversion efficiency
- Set up and manage tracking infrastructure including pixels, conversion events, and automation workflows
- Troubleshoot campaign or technical issues and ensure smooth execution across platforms and systems
This role requires strong expertise in performance marketing, pipeline generation, and client-facing execution, with the ability to independently manage complex accounts and deliver consistent outcomes.
- 5+ years of experience in paid media, with strong specialization in Meta advertising and lead generation campaigns
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and consistently meet performance targets
- Strong copywriting and messaging skills, including experience writing conversion-focused ads and scripts
- Experience with tracking systems, pixels, analytics tools, and basic marketing automation setups
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable optimization strategies
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present performance insights clearly to clients
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently and solve problems proactively
- Experience in appointment-based funnels or high-ticket lead generation is strongly preferred
