Platinum Care Group is hiring a compassionate and dependable caregiver to support a female client in her 80s in a private home setting. The schedule for this role includes 3 live-in shifts and 2 overnight shifts (8 hours each). This position focuses on safety, supervision, and hands-on assistance with daily living activities. The ideal caregiver is patient, attentive, and experienced supporting clients with mobility limitations and memory care needs.

What You’ll Do

• Provide supervision to ensure client safety, especially due to fall risk
• Assist with activities of daily living including showering, dressing, and hygiene
• Provide incontinence care as needed
• Support safe ambulation using a walker and provide standby assistance
• Prepare meals and assist with meal routines
• Provide medication reminders in accordance with the care plan
• Offer companionship and emotional support throughout the shift
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment
• Monitor and report any changes in condition or safety concerns

What We’re Looking For

• Caregiving experience preferred (training available)
• CNA or HHA certification a plus
• Experience with memory care and fall-risk clients preferred
• Comfortable providing hands-on personal care including incontinence support
• Reliable transportation for travel within the Chicagoland area
• Ability to pass a background check
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing quality care
