SkillBridge Internship Federal Atlassian Analyst (Active Duty Service Members Only)
$18 - $20 an hour
This opportunity is offered through the DoD SkillBridge program and is open only to active-duty service members who have command approval to participate in SkillBridge. This is an internship/fellowship program, not a paid employment role. Participants continue to receive military pay and benefits while gaining hands-on experience in technical consulting. If you are not an active-duty service member, do not apply to this job posting.
Summary- The Federal Atlassian Analyst SkillBridge Fellow will support multiple Public Sector environments, troubleshooting and implementing custom changes for the Atlassian Tool Suite. Responsibilities include strategy and services support, user management, and configuration of add-ons and apps. The ideal candidate balances strong technical skills with excellent communication, delivering an exceptional customer service experience in dynamic, fast-paced federal client environments.
- As a SkillBridge Federal Atlassian Analyst, you will:
- Provide world-class technical support and analysis for clients.
- Resolve customer requests and issues involving troubleshooting, debugging, validation, and root cause analysis via client portal.
- Prioritize issues in a support queue across multiple clients.
- Work in an agile environment across different clients and Atlassian deployments while collaborating with the global support team, sharing best practices, and driving process improvements.
- Configure Jira Software and Jira Service Management projects, including workflows, issue types, permission schemes, user management, and custom scripting.
- Identify, install, and configure add-ons and apps across Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence to support client needs.
$18 - $20 an hour
