This role sits at the center of field execution for wind turbine inspection and operational services, ensuring that autonomous drone deployments and field teams run smoothly across multiple sites. You will coordinate logistics, scheduling, and on-the-ground operations that directly support renewable energy asset performance and reliability. The position blends operational project management with customer-facing responsibility in a fast-moving, data-driven environment. You will track field performance, optimize resource allocation, and ensure high-quality delivery of inspection services. Daily work involves managing project tools, generating reports, and supporting cross-functional teams across technical and operational domains. This is a highly dynamic role requiring adaptability, precision, and strong coordination skills in the renewable energy sector.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of wind turbine inspection projects, including drone deployment and field technician coordination
- Oversee scheduling, logistics, and execution of field operations while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency
- Maintain and update project management systems and tools to support planning and operational tracking
- Generate reports and provide updates to stakeholders, project teams, and leadership
- Track field performance metrics to improve efficiency and optimize resource utilization
- Support customer relationships and ensure a high level of service throughout project execution
- Troubleshoot operational issues and support continuous improvement across workflows
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment on scope, objectives, and deliverables
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, project management, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and competing operational demands
- Comfortable working in fast-changing environments with ambiguity and evolving plans
- Strong decision-making skills with the ability to work independently
- Customer-focused mindset with experience in service-oriented roles
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- Experience in renewable energy, startups, logistics, or technical operations is a bonus
- Familiarity with drones, aviation regulations, or field operations is an advantage
