You will lead a high-performing team of pre-sales specialists, shaping regional strategy and ensuring consistent execution across complex, high-impact engagements. Acting as a key connector between sales, product, and engineering, you will translate technical capabilities into compelling business value. The role operates in a fast-paced, global SaaS environment where clarity, influence, and cross-functional alignment are critical. You will play a visible role in executive discussions, helping define how platform solutions evolve to meet customer and market needs. - Lead and develop a team of managers and pre-sales platform specialists across North America, ensuring strong performance, coaching, and career development.
- Define and execute regional pre-sales strategy aligned with broader go-to-market priorities and product direction.
- Act as a senior representative in executive forums, providing insights, recommendations, and strategic guidance to global leadership.
- Strengthen cross-functional alignment with product, engineering, sales, and marketing to ensure cohesive execution of platform initiatives.
- Support complex enterprise deals by shaping solution strategy, guiding architecture discussions, and ensuring technical-commercial alignment.
- Establish operational rigor, performance standards, and scalable processes for the pre-sales organization.
- Drive organizational stability and continuity through periods of growth, change, and evolving customer demands.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned technology leader with deep experience in pre-sales, solution engineering, or product-facing leadership roles within SaaS or cloud environments. You bring a strong blend of technical credibility, commercial acumen, and leadership maturity, with proven success managing managers and scaling regional teams. You are comfortable operating in matrixed, global organizations and influencing senior stakeholders across functions.
- 10+ years of experience in technology or SaaS organizations, including leadership of pre-sales or technical customer-facing teams.
- Experience managing managers and leading second-line organizations in high-growth or enterprise environments.
- Strong expertise in solution architecture, product strategy, and go-to-market execution.
- Proven ability to mentor and develop leaders at multiple levels of an organization.
- Excellent executive communication and presentation skills, with confidence in senior stakeholder environments.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills in complex, matrixed organizations.
- Ability to drive business outcomes in fast-paced, high-growth settings.
- Experience with cloud technologies, enterprise platforms, or sales engineering organizations is highly desirable.
