This senior leadership role sits at the intersection of data strategy, analytics, and digital marketing transformation for enterprise clients. You will be responsible for shaping how large-scale organizations capture, measure, and activate data to improve marketing performance and business outcomes. The role combines strategic advisory, hands-on client leadership, and team management within a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. You will lead a high-performing data strategy organization, guiding directors and analysts while partnering closely with media, product, and engineering teams. This position requires deep expertise in digital measurement methodologies such as MMM, MTA, and incrementality testing. It is highly client-facing, with a strong focus on translating complex data ecosystems into actionable strategies. You will also play a key role in advancing innovation, shaping new solutions, and driving the adoption of measurement best practices across enterprise accounts.
- Lead and scale the Data Strategy function, managing managers and multidisciplinary teams delivering enterprise client solutions.
- Define and execute advanced data measurement and analytics strategies, including MMM, MTA, incrementality, and customer insights frameworks.
- Oversee client engagements end-to-end, including problem definition, solution architecture, and delivery of data-driven recommendations.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders across strategy, analytics, engineering, and product to build scalable measurement solutions.
- Drive innovation by developing new methodologies, tools, and repeatable frameworks for digital measurement.
- Act as an escalation point for complex client challenges requiring advanced analytical and strategic problem-solving.
- Support business growth through participation in pitches, consulting on MarTech ecosystems, and shaping value propositions.
- Establish internal standards, best practices, and enablement programs to elevate data strategy capabilities across teams.
- 12+ years of experience in data strategy, analytics, or digital marketing measurement roles.
- Proven experience leading and scaling teams, including management of managers and senior individual contributors.
- Deep expertise in digital measurement ecosystems (MMM, MTA, incrementality testing, behavioral tracking, etc.).
- Strong background in marketing technology and enterprise analytics implementation.
- Excellent ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear insights for executive and C-suite stakeholders.
- Strong client-facing consulting experience, ideally within agencies or enterprise environments.
- Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Proficiency with executive tools such as Excel/Google Sheets and Google Slides.
- Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

- Competitive salary range: $170,000 – $195,000, based on experience and qualifications.
