This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Contract Security, Compliance, and Access Analyst in the United States.
This role plays a key part in ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient personnel access operations that support large-scale healthcare system modernization efforts. You will help maintain the integrity of security, compliance, and onboarding processes tied to sensitive federal programs, ensuring that personnel are properly cleared, documented, and mission-ready. Working in a fully remote environment with occasional travel, you will collaborate closely with security, HR, and program teams to manage access workflows, support audits, and uphold Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) standards. The position requires strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple compliance-driven processes simultaneously. You will also leverage systems and tools such as Excel and HR/security databases to track, validate, and report on personnel security activities. This is a mission-driven role where your work directly supports the secure delivery of critical public health technology initiatives.
- Manage and support personnel security, compliance, and access workflows ensuring adherence to CUI and federal contract requirements.
- Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, clearance processing, and facility access activities in collaboration with internal and external security stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate personnel records and security documentation using HR systems, security databases, and Excel tracking tools.
- Perform quality assurance checks on clearance packets, access requests, and compliance documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and validating security-related records.
- Resolve security, compliance, and access issues by applying relevant regulations and ensuring proper documentation standards are met.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, security teams, and program stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely personnel processing.
- Ensure timely updates and reporting of personnel status changes within access management systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, security, compliance, or a related operational discipline.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data tracking, validation, and reporting functions.
- Experience working with personnel security, access management, or HR workflow systems.
- Strong understanding of onboarding and offboarding processes in structured, compliance-driven environments.
- Ability to support audits, perform documentation reviews, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and data accuracy skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Experience working in secure or regulated environments is highly preferred.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Level 5 clearance.
- Competitive salary range of $85,093 – $109,250 depending on experience and location.
