What You'll Do:

• Ensure adequate staffing levels to meet resident care needs and regulatory requirements
• Communicate schedule changes promptly to staff and department managers
• Manage and track employee time-off requests, shift swaps, and call-outs
• Collaborate with department heads to plan staffing for holidays, vacations, and special events
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, overtime, and staffing patterns

What You'll Need:

• Must be 18 years of age or older (required)
• Clear verbal and written communication in English (required)
• Previous scheduling experience in a healthcare setting required (preferred)
• CNA certification (required)
• 3+ months of CNA experience in long-term care (preferred)
